Terms of use
A clear understanding of the platform, your responsibilities and your next step.
Gradfee helps students and bankers connect. Lenders make loan decisions and set the terms. Website estimates and previews are tools to explore, rather than guaranteed offers.
Using Gradfee
Gradfee provides a place for students and bankers to organise education-loan applications, exchange application-related information and explore loan offers. These terms explain the intended use of the platform and website.
Use the service only where you are able to enter the relevant agreements and provide any required authority or consent. If someone is helping with an application, they must have permission to act and share the information involved.
This local website is a preview. Preparing an enquiry here does not create an account, submit an application or enter a loan agreement.
Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate details and keep your account information current.
- Keep passwords and login sessions private. Do not share another person’s credentials.
- Only submit documents and information you are authorised to use.
- Banker accounts must be authorised for their bank workspace and operate within that institution’s policies.
- Tell Gradfee if you suspect unauthorised access or an error in your account details.
Some information submitted in an application is preserved as a submission record. Correcting a current profile may not change an earlier record; raise a support request when a submitted detail needs correction.
Lenders & loan decisions
Banks and lending institutions set their own eligibility criteria, interest rates, fees, loan limits, collateral requirements, approval conditions and repayment schedules. They make the lending decision.
A profile match, conversation, conditional offer or recorded application status is not a guarantee of loan approval, sanction, disbursement, visa approval or admission.
Review the lender’s complete documents before accepting or signing anything. Any loan you enter is governed by the agreement with that lender. Deleting your Gradfee account does not end that agreement.
Timelines & estimates
“In as little as 24 hours” describes a possible decision timeline after a complete application and required documents are provided. It is subject to eligibility, lender review, verification and the circumstances of the application. It is not a promise that every application will be approved or funded within 24 hours.
The EMI calculator illustrates a repayment estimate using your selected amount, annual rate and repayment period. It excludes fees, insurance, moratorium interest and lender-specific adjustments. Its assumed interest rate is not an available lender offer.
Responsible use
Do not use Gradfee to misrepresent your identity, submit false documents, impersonate a bank, access another account, harass users or interfere with the service.
Do not try to bypass access controls, extract information you are not authorised to view or upload harmful files. Access may be restricted where necessary to investigate misuse or protect users and the service.
Your documents & content
You remain responsible for the accuracy and authority of content you submit. By submitting information for a feature, you allow it to be used and shared for that requested workflow in line with your application choices and the privacy policy.
Gradfee’s branding and website materials belong to their respective owners. Do not present copied branding or interface material as an official service without permission.
Service availability
Features can depend on connected banks and external providers. A feature shown in a preview may not be available in the live service. Availability may change during maintenance or when an external provider is unavailable.
Directory entries or illustrative interfaces do not establish a commercial partnership with a bank or university. The website does not independently verify bank transfers, identity information or credit reports.
Specific platform fees, paid services and any related cancellation or refund terms must be disclosed before you agree to those services. This local landing page does not collect payment.
Closing your account
You can follow the account-deletion instructions to remove your account and associated Gradfee data. Review the consequences before confirming deletion.
Independent bank records, ongoing loan obligations and shared bank workspace records may remain outside the personal account-deletion scope.
